Qi Gong Fundamentals course will introduce you to the ancient practice of qigong; a mind and body energy practice to strengthen your natural resilience, balance your nervous system and transform worry, anxiety and fear into inner strength. Sessions offer a variety of movement, sound therapy, meditations and self-massage techniques designed to nourish and invigorate systems of the body. Qi gong is deeply rooted in Daoist philosophy, which teaches the importance of living in harmony with the natural rhythms and patterns of the universe.
Over the 8 sessions in May, you will have the opportunity to delve deep into the enriching practice of qigong, gaining insights into Daoist philosophy, Yin & Yang principles, and Five Element Theory. Each of these sessions is interconnected, like chapters in a book. Each class builds upon the other, creating a comprehensive understanding of qigong that can significantly benefit your life. To get the most out of the course, it is recommended to commit to the series, however, feel free to drop in and try a class if you are curious.
