Stefan has been practicing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2015. He has supplemented his teaching with over 500 hrs of teacher trainings. Join Stefan for his 3 part series that includes 3 different styles of yoga (Vinyasa flow, Hatha, and Yin). This series will target Shoulders, Chest, Core, Back, and Legs as well as specific muscle groups, ligaments, and tendons to build strength and endurance required for surfing. Expect this series to support and inform your surfing intentions. Suitable for all levels. This series will run again in July.
