Yoga for Sleep

This is a 6 class series with Jenny Henderson that will explore the principles of Yoga involved in deep restoration, constructive rest and sleep. Each class will include a short presentation/discussion, explore interoceptive tools to explore where tension may be held, and finish with shapes to support constructive rest, restorative movement and yoga nidra. Each week involves educational resources that integrate and build to offer students the tools for sleeping and resting well. This is for all levels. Registration for all six classes is recommended but drop-ins are welcome.
