Join Steph for a 90 minute class that explores the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda with the rhythms of the changing seasons. We will begin with a thoughtful discussion about the evolving season and how it mirrors shifts within our bodies - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Explore the profound connections between nature’s cycles and our inner world. Discover practical tools rooted in Yoga and Ayurveda to gracefully navigate the late fall and early winter transitions. This 90 minute class will include yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and home practice tools, encompassing foods, herbs and routines that will guide you toward a more easeful transition into the depths of winter. Bring a cup for tea.
