About Bridget:
Bridget believes that yoga helps us see ourselves and the world with more clarity - opening our aperture for possibility and wonder. Believing that if you are not in awe, you are not paying attention.
Her studies include Hatha with Marianne Wells 200 hr, Janet Stone 300 hr and Kundalini - Gloria Lantham 200 hr. Through fluid day movement, breathwork, meditation and transcendent playlists, she holds accessible space to encourage increased self-awareness and presence.
An avid surfer and snowboarder, yoga keeps Bridget’s mind, body and spirit flexible yet strong. She recently moved to the island with her husband and baby boy - you can find them checking long beach for waves, drinking coffee and surfing almost every morning. Bridget’s multi-faceted teaching is anchored in her 20+ years of personal sadhana. Creating space and building strength to show up as your best self over and over again is her passion.
