Foundations of Yin Yoga

Join Dawn Batenchuk for a 20 hour Yin Yoga Immersion this fall. Students can expect to learn the awareness and skills required to sculpt a yin yoga class and offer to a broad range of students, in a safe and meaningful way. The course of study will be an exploration of the roots and wisdom of yin yoga, covering the history, philosophy, along with anatomy and energetics of the Yin Yoga system. Gain a basic understanding of the physicality of the practice with a dive into some of the deeper layers of experience often found within the concept of stillness and release.

This training is open to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the yin practice. It is not exclusive to yoga teachers, however if you are a yoga teacher looking to add to your offerings, this will be a great place to learn the foundations and begin teaching yin. If considering becoming a yoga teacher, you can start here and explore the language and design of yoga facilitation at a slower pace.
