It depends. We always recommend speaking with your doctor or health care professional first, especially if you are new to yoga. Although many of our teachers are comfortable and knowledgable with pre-natal yoga students, some of our teachers may not be familiar with specific modifications for pregnancy. If you do come to class, please arrive early and let your teacher know that you are pregnant.
If you are new to Yoga, the best classes to attend are classes labeled “Level 1” or “All Levels” on the schedule. Let your teacher know before class that you are new to Yoga so they can help make your experience safe and enjoyable!
